This is a legally binding agreement. By accessing SlyyFoxx Media, you explicitly agree to these terms. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations of our community and quality standards.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, publishing content, or utilizing the SlyyFoxx Media platform ("the Platform"), you enter into a legally binding contract with SlyyFoxx Media. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any future modifications to these Terms.

2. Content Ownership & Quality Standards

User Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you publish. However, you grant SlyyFoxx Media a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute said content across any media now known or hereafter developed.

The Deep-Dive Standard: All "Foxx Talk" submissions must meet a minimum quality threshold of 2,500 characters. SlyyFoxx Media reserves the absolute, unilateral right to remove, de-index, or shadow-ban content that fails to meet this quality bar, is deemed "low-effort," or contains repetitive AI-generated filler.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated systems to extract data from the Platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or SlyyFoxx Media staff.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt Platform operations.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent post limits or AI quotas.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, including SlyyFoxx Media employees.

4. Monetization & Platform Fees

Tip Jar System: The Platform utilizes Stripe Connect for monetization. SlyyFoxx Media collects a Platform Service Fee on all gross transactions.

  • Standard Fee: 15% for Verified Creators.
  • Pro Fee: Reduced 5% for active Pro subscribers.

Taxes and Compliance: Users are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and government assessments related to their earnings on the Platform. SlyyFoxx Media does not act as an employer and provides no benefits or tax withholding.

5. DMCA / Copyright Policy

SlyyFoxx Media respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing: a physical/electronic signature, identification of the infringed work, and sufficient contact information. We reserve the right to remove infringing content without prior notice.

6. AI Tool Usage & Limits

AI features are provided "as-is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any content published using our AI tools. Abuse of AI quotas (e.g., through script-based requests) will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Child Protection & Minor Safety

SlyyFoxx Media is committed to the safety and protection of minors. We maintain rigorous standards to ensure the Platform remains a safe environment for all users.

Minimum Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Monetization & Financial Restrictions: Participation in the Tip Jar system, Stripe Connect integration, or any other financial transaction on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behavior, or any content that solicits personal or identifying information from minors.

Mandatory Reporting: SlyyFoxx Media will report any suspected illegal activity involving minors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies without exception.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLYYFOXX MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other commercial or legal reason.
