Content Data: We store the articles, drafts, tags, and images you upload to the Platform. This includes metadata associated with your content.

Payment Information: Financial transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe provides us with tokens and limited transaction info to verify payouts and tips.

Usage Data: We automatically collect log data, including IP addresses, browser types, device information, and activity metrics (views, likes, session duration) to optimize platform performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize collected data for the following "Protective & Operational" purposes:

  • Service Provision: To maintain your account and enable publishing features.
  • AI Enhancements: We use your draft content to power our AI Title and Metadata tools. Your content is processed by AI models but not used to train global third-party LLMs without explicit consent.
  • Monetization: To facilitate the Tip Jar system and ensure creators receive their 85% share.
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activity, bot-scraping, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Analytics: To provide you and platform admins with insights into audience behavior and content performance.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

SlyyFoxx Media does not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third parties under the following conditions:

Payment Processors

Stripe handles all financial data. Their privacy policy governs your payment info.

Infrastructure

We use Google Cloud and Firebase for secure hosting and database management.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

AI Providers

Content fragments are sent to GenAI models for requested editorial suggestions.

4. Your Rights & Choices

We believe you should have control over your digital footprint. You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information via your Profile Settings.
  • Deletion: Permanently delete your account and associated content (subject to certain legal data retention requirements).
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and robust access controls for data at rest. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state or country where data protection laws may differ. By using SlyyFoxx Media, you consent to the transfer of information to the United States and other jurisdictions where we operate.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you delete your account, we will initiate a deletion process for your personal data within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law (such as tax/financial records via Stripe) or to prevent fraud.

8. Children's Privacy

SlyyFoxx Media does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@slyyfoxx.com.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
