SlyyFoxx Media is built on the foundation of absolute creative freedom. This policy outlines our commitment to free speech and the specific boundaries required to keep the platform functional and safe.
1. Commitment to Free Speech
SlyyFoxx Media is a sanctuary for deep-dives, raw opinions, and unfiltered storytelling. We believe that progress requires the ability to challenge status quos, speak truth to power, and explore controversial ideas.
Unlike other platforms that over-sanitize conversation, we prioritize your right to express yourself exactly as you see fit. We do not shadow-ban or suppress content simply because it is unpopular, offensive, or counter-cultural.
2. Language & Profanity
We do not police your vocabulary. Profanity and raw language are permitted across all Foxx Talk articles and comments. We recognize that strong language is often necessary for authentic expression and emotional resonance in deep-dive storytelling.
Note: While profanity is allowed, it must still be used within the context of high-quality content that meets our 2,500-character standard. Low-effort posts consisting primarily of profanity will be removed under our Quality Standard policy.
3. The Hard Lines (Prohibited Content)
To protect the platform and its users, we draw firm lines at the following activities. Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination.
Direct Threats
You may not make credible threats of physical violence or death against any individual or group. Inciting others to commit acts of violence is strictly prohibited.
Defamation
You may not use the platform to knowingly spread false information intended to harm a person's reputation or livelihood (Libel/Slander).
Doxxing
Publishing private or identifying information of individuals (home addresses, private phone numbers, etc.) without their explicit consent is a violation of minor safety and general privacy.
Illegal Acts
Using the platform to organize, facilitate, or promote illegal activities will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Moderation Philosophy
Our moderation team acts only when a "Hard Line" is crossed. We do not moderate for "tone," "politeness," or "consensus." We believe that a resilient community can handle diverse and even offensive viewpoints through open debate rather than censorship.
